A visionary leader with over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, driven by a passion for community health and excellence.
Mr. Abdul Rasheed, the Founder of Pharm C Group, comes from a small village in central Kerala, where life was simple but values ran deep. Raised in an environment where community mattered and people depended on one another, he grew up understanding the importance of responsibility, empathy, and hard work. When he moved to the UAE to begin his five-year long career as a pharmacist, he carried those values with him — standing behind the pharmacy counter, interacting with patients face to face, listening to their concerns, explaining prescriptions patiently, and learning that sometimes reassurance heals as much as medicine.
Those early years shaped not just his profession, but his purpose. He saw healthcare not as a business transaction, but as a human service. With quiet determination and a long-term vision, he stepped into entrepreneurship in 2012, helping build a retail pharmacy venture that would grow into a 10+ branch network. His journey from employee to employer was never about titles — it was about responsibility. Known for his people-first leadership, Abdul Rasheed built teams that felt valued, heard, and supported. He believes that when caregivers feel secure and respected, they care better for patients. This philosophy led to strong employee loyalty, stable teams, and a service culture that customers could feel the moment they walked into a store.
