Abdul Rasheed
Founder of PharmC group
Abdul Rasheed, Founder of PharmC Group, grew up in a small village in central Kerala where strong community values shaped his outlook on life. When he moved to the UAE to begin his career as a pharmacist, he carried those values with him — serving patients with empathy, listening to their concerns, and understanding that reassurance can be as important as medicine. These early experiences shaped his belief that healthcare is not just a service, but a responsibility toward people and communities.
In 2012, driven by this vision, he stepped into entrepreneurship and helped build a retail pharmacy venture that grew into a 25-branch network. Known for his people-first leadership, Abdul Rasheed focuses on creating teams that feel valued and supported, believing that empowered caregivers provide better patient care. Today, he leads PharmC's expansion across the UAE and GCC while pursuing a broader vision of clinics, hospitals, and healthcare education platforms that bring compassionate, high-quality care to more communities.
